Ashwini leads Pragati Abhiyan. She is involved in a multipronged effort to create awareness among the poor of their legal rights; training them in dealing with government bureaucracy and advocating for better design of government delivery systems with a view to improve overall implementation.
Currently working as a Senior Manager with Magic Bus, Masood has more than ten years of experience working with young people from various walks of life. Drawing from his experience of post riots Bombay in 1992-93, he went on to build SAHER, an organisation committed to democratic citizenship and active peace building.
Seema Misra is a lawyer who has been working on the issue of legal empowerment of various marginalised communities for over two decades.
Vikram has extensive experience as a leadership coach. One of his significant works has been to incubate Coaching for transformation (CFT network), with Leadership That Works - a learning space that teaches and practices coaching.
Manoj, a BITS Pilani alumni, works as a Networking Consulting Engineer with Cisco Systems. As part of Nirmaan, an NGO which works in education and livelihoods, Manoj has built partnerships with other networks to actively work on responsible citizenship.
Sushma sees herself as a learning partner, mentor and a coach. Her passion lies in helping leaders, leadership teams and organizations build competencies, learning abilities and nimbleness for achieving purposeful performance. As a Coach, she persistently and passionately holds on to the values of – freedom, authentic relationships and realization of potential of people.”

Vinita Gursahani Singh
Her main focus, over the last 25 years, has been in building people’s capacities on rights and responsibilities within our democratic and constitutional framework. Her educational background is in management from the SP Jain Institute in Mumbai and in social policy from the London School of Economics.
Program Lead, Partnerships
She is responsible for managing partnerships and programmes. She is passionate about enabling people to uphold their rights and use constitutional values as lens in their everyday life. Her main focus is to strategies, design and implement partner-centric programmes to build capacities of people to understand their role as citizens. Neha is an engineer from Clemson University and has done an MBA from School of Inspired Leadership.
Program Lead, Content
She is involved in research, writing of modules and other content required under various programmes of We, The People. She has completed her LL.M. and has been working as a Legal Consultant since 2003.
She is an experienced digital strategist with a demonstrated history of working in the non-profit organisation management industry. Her role at WTPA involves designing content for digital media, strategising & implementing methods for effective outreach. She is currently completing her integrated BBA-MBA, focused in Business Administration and Management (Honours) from O. P. Jindal Global University.
Program Manager, Content
Pooja has experience working in curriculum development, and teacher education. Her interest lies in understanding inclusion in education. She has graduated in Elementary Education from Jesus and Mary College and postgraduate in Education from TISS. Her role at WTPA
primarily includes developing content for a diverse audience and monitoring them.
She has 7 years robust experience in constitution and citizenship education domain. Her academic background as political science graduate coupled with excellent facilitation skills make Bhakti a sound facilitator and content developer. Bhakti has formerly led We, The People's work in Maharashtra and has been recipient of the Wipro Seeding Fellowship as well.
Aparna is a leadership coach and facilitator with 24 years of cross-functional work experience. She brings with her diverse experience of sales, consulting and facilitation of personal transformation. She has extensive experience in conducting leadership workshops, executive coaching, and competency-based assessment centers.
Sonal Iyer is a development professional with over 20 years of experience. She has experience of working in Education, livelihood and citizenship education. She has been creating contents for different stakeholders. She is a post-graduate in Psychology, Post Graduate Diploma in NGO management and also holds Bachelor’s degree in Law.
Asmyta has been involved in the development sector since the last three years. Her formal education includes graduation in Political Science and post-graduation in Education. Her role at WTPA primarily includes developing content for diverse audiences, and monitoring them.
Pawan Kumar Sinha
Pawan has worked on many socio-legal issues like rights of children, child sexual abuse, women rights, police reforms, right to information, rights of jail inmates and other human rights related issues. He also has 14 years of experience as a reporter in Dainik Jagran. His skills are on ground implementation of programs, training and content creation in hindi. He is a Post Graduate Diploma in Rural Development from IGNOU.
Our Finance & Administration Team
Sandeep has worked with the WTP Abhiyan since 2009. He specializes in Taxation & Government related work. He has been instrumental in WTP Abhiyan obtaining the 12A License.
Sarla being the latest entrant into the team has joined WTP Abhiyan in 2014. She has an advanced command on computer related work and helps to actively manage the accounts of the organization.
Secretary & Admin/ Accounts Coordinator
Uma is a veteran in the development sector as she has been working and contributing since the 1990’s. She is involved in managing Administrative & Accounts related responsibilities and back-office related activities.
